We are seeking a talented Social Media Executive (1-2 Yr experience) to join our dynamic team at HM Ad-World Pvt. Ltd. in Pune , who can manage ours & our clients’ social media presence and drive engagement across various platforms as Content Maestro.

Job Description

The Social Media Executive will be responsible for developing and implementing effective social media strategies for our diverse client base. You will create engaging content, manage multiple social media accounts, and analyze campaign performance to ensure our clients’ brand messages are effectively communicated across all platforms.

Key Responsibilities (Includes but Not Limited to)

Develop and execute social media strategies & campaigns to achieve marketing goals for multiple clients
Plan and manage content calendars across platforms
Create and curate compelling content for diverse platforms, including but not limited to Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, Youtube ,LinkedIn & other
Manage and oversee multiple social media accounts & platforms
Monitor social media channels, respond to comments, messages, and engage with the online community to build brand awareness.
Run engagement-driven campaigns & collaborations

Analyze social media campaigns using tracking systems to gather data and determine efficacy
Collaborate with other teams to create visually appealing and shareable content & support the execution of social media campaigns and promotions.
Stay up-to-date with the latest social media trends, Competitors’ strategies, best practices and contribute innovative ideas
Provide regular performance reports and insights to clients
Coordinate with Clients to understand their requirement, deliver result & submit reports , if needs arise

Qualifications and Skills

1-2 yr experience in Social media marketing
Extensive knowledge of social media platforms and their respective algorithms
Proficiency in social media management tools
Strong copywriting and content creation skills
Experience in digital advertising and campaign management
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple client projects simultaneously
Creative mindset with a keen eye for visual content
Experience in canva for Graphic & Reel creation is a must
Knowledge of graphic design software is a plus

Immediate Opening

Salary - 15-25K

Work Location

This position is based in our Pune office. The successful candidate will be required to work from the office.
