Sales Executive

We are seeking a talented Sales Executive (0.5-1 yrs experience) to join our dynamic team at HM Ad-World Pvt. Ltd. in Pune , who can drive business growth by identifying, engaging, and converting potential clients & works as a Pipeline Pilot in the organization.

Job Description

The Sales Executive will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, managing client relationships, and achieving sales targets. You will play a key role in expanding our client base and ensuring customer satisfaction through effective communication and tailored solutions.

Key Responsibilities (Includes but Not Limited to)

Identify potential clients, reach out via calls, emails, and meetings to pitch services.
Understand client needs, present tailored solutions, and build strong relationships.
Track prospects, follow up, and convert leads into paying customers.
Craft and deliver compelling sales presentations.
Develop pricing strategies, negotiate contracts, and finalize agreements.
Create Proposal, presentations, agreement & other necessary documentation for the deal closing

Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Stay updated on industry trends, competitor analysis, and new business opportunities.
Maintain existing client relationships for repeat business and referrals.
Work closely with marketing, creative, and operations teams to align sales efforts with branding goals.
Ensure timely collection of payments and maintain financial records for sales transactions.

Qualifications and Skills

0.5-1 yr experience in HR & Admin role
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Ability to confidently pitch ideas and persuade clients.
Strong ability to close deals and create win-win situations.
Proactively identify and approach potential clients.
Familiarity with sales tracking software (e.g., HubSpot, Zoho CRM, etc.).
Ability to handle multiple clients and prioritize tasks efficiently.
Ability to handle rejection and continuously improve sales techniques.
Knowledge of Digital Marketing industry is a plus.

Immediate Opening

Salary - 15-25K

Work Location

This position is based in our Pune office. The successful candidate will be required to work from the office.
