HR Admin
We are seeking a talented HR & Admin Executive (0.5-1 yrs experience) to join our dynamic team at HM Ad-World Pvt. Ltd. in Pune , who can manage our office & employees & works as a vibe manager in the organisation.
Job Description
The HR Executive will be responsible for managing and executing various HR activities, including recruitment, employee engagement, performance management, and policy implementation. You will play a key role in building a strong team culture and supporting the overall growth of the company.
Key Responsibilities (Includes but Not Limited to)
- Assist in posting job openings, screening resumes, scheduling interviews, and onboarding new hires.
- Maintain and update employee data, contracts, and personal files.
- Help in processing employee salaries, reimbursements, and maintaining records for payroll purposes.
- Coordinate employee training sessions, workshops, and seminars for professional development.
- Organize team-building activities, events, and initiatives to maintain a positive work environment.
- Ensure company policies and procedures are adhered to and assist in ensuring regulatory compliance.
- Manage and communicate employee benefits such as health insurance, leave policies, and allowances.
- Assist in performance appraisals, feedback sessions, and ensuring follow-up actions are implemented.
- Regularly follow up with clients on project progress, feedback, and outstanding tasks.
- Handling Clients invoicing, sending reminders, and ensuring timely payments.
- Maintain accurate client files, contracts, and documentation for smooth operations and billing.
- Address any client concerns, track the resolution process, and ensure client satisfaction.
- Address employee queries, concerns, and provide support in conflict resolution.
- Assist with office management tasks like supplies, equipment maintenance, and overall workplace organization.
- Handle office supplies, vendor relations, and ensure an organized workplace.
Qualifications and Skills
- 0.5-1 yr experience in HR & Admin role
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple client projects simultaneously
- Knowledge of HR-Admin tools & softwares
- Knowledge of Digital Marketing industry is a plus
- Ability to manage multiple responsibilities effectively under pressure.
- Experience in handling sensitive employee and client data responsibly.
Immediate Opening
Salary - 15-20K
Work Location
This position is based in our Pune office. The successful candidate will be required to work from the office.
