We are seeking a talented Graphic Designer (0.5-1 yr experience) to join our dynamic team at HM Ad-World Pvt. Ltd. in Pune. We are looking for a Art Wizard to design creatives & assets for brands & our clients in various industries for various platforms.
Job Description
As a Graphic Designer at HM Ad-World Pvt. Ltd., you will have the opportunity to gain hands-on experience in the dynamic field of advertising and branding. This position is designed to provide valuable insights into the creative process of developing visually compelling content for various marketing channels.
Key Responsibilities (Includes but Not Limited to)
- Conceptualize and create visually appealing graphics, illustrations, and layouts for diverse advertising and branding projects.
- Ensure adherence to brand guidelines and maintain consistency across all design elements.
- Work closely with other team members, including copywriters and marketing professionals, to bring creative concepts to life.
- Create designs for both digital platforms and print collateral, such as social media graphics, website elements, brochures, and promotional materials.
- Actively participate in design reviews, incorporate feedback, and iterate on designs to meet project goals.
- Keep abreast of design trends, industry best practices, and emerging technologies to contribute innovative ideas to the team.
Qualifications and Skills
- 6 months - 1 yr experience in graphic designing
- Proficiency in graphic design softwares such as Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, AutoCAD, etc.
- Knowledge of Canva & Figma is a plus
- Strong creative and conceptual thinking skills.
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Strong communication skills to effectively convey ideas.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
Immediate Opening
Salary - 15-25K
Work Location
This position is based in our Pune office. The successful candidate will be required to work from the office.
