We are seeking a talented Paid Campaign Expert(1-2 yrs experience) to join our dynamic team at HM Ad-World Pvt. Ltd. in Pune , who can manage ours & our clients’ Ad campaigns and drive engagement & generate enquiries across various platforms as our very own AD GURU

Job Description

The Paid Campaign Expert will be responsible for developing and executing effective paid advertising strategies for a diverse client base. You will manage ad budgets, create targeted campaigns, and analyze performance data to maximize ROI and drive customer engagement.

Key Responsibilities (Includes but Not Limited to)

Plan, create, and launch high-performing ad campaigns on platforms like Facebook, Instagram, Google Ads, LinkedIn, etc.
Allocate budgets effectively to maximize reach and conversions while keeping costs low.
Identify the right audience using demographics, interests, behaviors, and retargeting strategies.
Work with designers and copywriters to create compelling ad visuals, headlines, and CTAs.

Monitor campaign performance, track KPIs (CTR, CPC, ROAS, etc.), and optimize for better results.
Test different ad creatives, copies, and targeting strategies to improve campaign efficiency.
Generate reports and provide insights on ad performance, ROI, and future improvements.
Stay updated with the latest ad trends, platform policies, and algorithm changes to ensure optimal performance.

Qualifications and Skills

1-2 yr experience in Paid Campaigns
Extensive knowledge of social media platforms and their respective algorithms
Proficiency in social media management tools
Strong copywriting and content creation skills
Experience of digital advertising and campaign management
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple client projects simultaneously

Immediate Opening

Salary - 18-25K

Work Location

This position is based in our Pune office. The successful candidate will be required to work from the office.
